At musee, we take great care to ensure that all artworks are delivered safely and professionally. Below are the key details of our shipping policy:
Shipping Methods and Service Area
- We currently only ship and deliver within the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia areas.
- All artworks are delivered and installed by our professional team to ensure that each piece is handled with the utmost care and displayed perfectly in your space.
- Delivery and installation are typically completed within 7-14 business days from the time of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation with the scheduled delivery and installation date.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery and installation fees are included as part of the rental service and will be clearly communicated at checkout.
- We do not process international orders or ship outside of New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
Damage During Shipping
- All artworks are securely transported to prevent damage. If your artwork arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the installation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair or replacement as needed.
Delivery and Professional Installation
- Our specialized installation team will handle the entire process of delivering and mounting your artwork to ensure it is displayed in the best possible way. We offer a white-glove service for larger or more valuable pieces, ensuring careful placement and installation.
Returns and Shipping
- For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Any necessary removal or return shipping will be handled by our team. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is requested for reasons other than damage or error.
