Tsailing Tseng is a Taiwanese artist born in Taipei who currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She holds an MFA in Painting and Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, earned in 2018, and a BFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York, completed in 2016. Tseng has exhibited her work extensively in both solo and group exhibitions across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her art explores a variety of themes through different mediums, often focusing on the intersection of culture, identity, and memory. Tseng has been recognized for her contributions to contemporary art with several awards and fellowships, including being a finalist for the NYFA Painting Fellowship in 2021.
